Seemant Sewa Foundation is a non-profit organization established in 2016 with a mission to improve healthcare, education, and community development across the border and remote regions of Uttarakhand. For nearly a decade, the Foundation has been working in some of the most underserved Himalayan communities, where access to quality healthcare and essential services often remains a challenge.

Since its inception, the Foundation has organized multi-speciality medical camps, eye care camps, health awareness programs, and community outreach initiatives across various districts of Uttarakhand. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the organization actively supported communities through the distribution of masks, oxygen support, medical kits, and essential relief materials, reaching people in need during one of the most challenging periods in recent history.

Over the years, Seemant Sewa Foundation has evolved from conducting healthcare outreach programs to developing permanent healthcare and educational institutions. Today, the Foundation operates eye care services, mobile medical outreach programs, specialist healthcare facilities, educational initiatives, community development projects, and disaster-response activities, while continuing its commitment to serving rural and border communities throughout Uttarakhand.
